Our Solution

Nonprofits don't always have the luxury to use software that handles all the tasks they need to do. So, in this case I created code that would handle updates from the training program and updated NeonCRM. Additionally, the person managing the training is emailed when a user is updated or if there is an error. Allowing them to ensure the program is always working as expected.

Results

The client is now no longer tying up valuable resources, their employees, with tasks that don't support their mission.
